Placing an order on the Website signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Maintenance
Caps should be cleaned with stain-removal wipes or by hand washing only. The company, First Line Defender, takes no responsibility for caps damaged or altered due to machine washing or improper cleaning methods.
Colors and Design
According to Richardson’s specifications, there may be a 10-20% variation in the cap’s shape and color.
The patches are made from genuine natural leather, which means the color may differ slightly from the patch shown on the Website. The range includes shades of brown, from light to dark.
Services
The Website offers the sale of caps and commemorative apparel honoring fallen YAMAM fighters.
Orders can be placed through the Website, subject to the availability and geographical location of the customer.
Payments for services are processed via the Website’s payment gateway at Fl-defender.com and are subject to the approval of the Site Management.
All prices listed are tax-free in compliance with Israeli tax law for a private limited company.
The Site Management reserves the right to terminate services at any time.
Orders are available to any individual aged 18 or older who possesses a valid bank account or Israeli credit card and provides a working email address during the purchase process. Minors placing orders are assumed to have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Cancellations and Service Modifications
Cancellations and product returns comply with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- Services can be canceled anytime, provided the Site Management is notified at least 30 days before the contract’s termination.
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- No charges will be applied for canceled services.
- Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
The Website reserves the right to cancel orders, providing a minimum of two hours’ notice to the customer. In such cases, no claims may be made against the Website.
Availability and Location of Services
The availability of services depends on the schedule determined with the Site Management.
Shipping Policy
- Most products are ready for shipment within 7 business days.
- Delivery is home-based.
- Shipping costs are displayed on the payment page and are subject to HFD’s terms.
- Shipments to “special areas,” such as Eilat, will incur additional fees per HFD’s pricing.
Liability and Service
- Services will be provided in accordance with the service packages offered by the Site Management.
- The duration of the service will align with the pre-agreed schedule.
- The Site Management is not responsible for physical, financial, or other damages caused during service or product use.
Data Security and Privacy
The Site Management and its affiliates operate under strict privacy standards. Personal information will not be disclosed or used for marketing purposes without explicit customer consent.
