Shipping Options
We exclusively offer delivery services through HFD. Self-pickup from the store is not available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your geographical location. Generally, shipments will arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the order process and will be displayed in the order summary before payment.
Tracking Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment directly with HFD.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the address provided during the order process is accurate and complete. Our hat store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are subject to the shipping status and our return policy.
Returns Due to Significant Defects
If the product is returned due to an unreasonable defect, First Line Defense will cover the return shipping costs. However, we cannot guarantee a replacement hat due to very limited stock availability.
Returns Due to Customer Responsibility
If the return is due to improper maintenance, dissatisfaction with the hat, or other issues caused by the customer, the customer must return the hat in its original packaging, sealed with tape. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
No In-Person Returns
Hats cannot be returned to the business address. The company operates exclusively online, and the address is not a physical store.
Shipping to Special Locations
Delays may occur for shipments to remote or special areas based on the terms of the shipping company.

Maintenance
Caps should be cleaned with stain-removal wipes or by hand washing only. The company, First Line Defender, takes no responsibility for caps damaged or altered due to machine washing or improper cleaning methods.
Colors and Design
According to Richardson’s specifications, there may be a 10-20% variation in the cap’s shape and color.
The patches are made from genuine natural leather, which means the color may differ slightly from the patch shown on the Website. The range includes shades of brown, from light to dark.
Services
The Website offers the sale of caps and commemorative apparel honoring fallen YAMAM fighters.
Orders can be placed through the Website, subject to the availability and geographical location of the customer.
Payments for services are processed via the Website’s payment gateway at Fl-defender.com and are subject to the approval of the Site Management.
All prices listed are tax-free in compliance with Israeli tax law for a private limited company.
The Site Management reserves the right to terminate services at any time.
Orders are available to any individual aged 18 or older who possesses a valid bank account or Israeli credit card and provides a working email address during the purchase process. Minors placing orders are assumed to have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Cancellations and Service Modifications
Cancellations and product returns comply with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- Services can be canceled anytime, provided the Site Management is notified at least 30 days before the contract’s termination.
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- No charges will be applied for canceled services.
- Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
The Website reserves the right to cancel orders, providing a minimum of two hours’ notice to the customer. In such cases, no claims may be made against the Website.
